More than anything, I adore working with my amazing fellow wedding vendors!

In order to foster a more cohesive work relationship and to give you the ability to offer videography as an add-on to your packages, I have implemented vendor pricing for those who wish to offer Sedona Wedding Films as an add-on or referral service with your photography, planning, officiant, or DJ packages. These prices reflect a discounted rate from normal pricing and are exclusive only to wedding vendors that I, personally, have offered this to.

2025 Preferred Vendor Rates

(elopements do not include reception coverage)

1-hour (ceremony-only): $800

2-hour: $1,200

4-hour: $1,600

6-hour: $2,100

8-hour: $2,900

**Friday, Saturday, and holiday minimum is my 4-hour package or $1,600.

If couples would like a 2-hour package, they will still be charged the $1,600.**

Add an additional shooter (by availability only): $150 per hour

Additional hours: $300 per hour

Travel rate: by request only (no added costs for local travel)

Wait rate: sometimes couples with multiple events or travel involved will ask if I have a standby rate. I generally do not offer a standby rate but am happy to offer a custom quote to any couple interested.

Retainer: I request a $500 retainer, however this can be adjusted according to your payment plans or if something else works better for you. ​
