More than anything, I adore working with my amazing fellow wedding vendors!

In order to foster a more cohesive work relationship and to give you the ability to offer videography as an add-on to your packages, I have implemented vendor pricing for those who wish to offer Sedona Wedding Films as an add-on or referral service with your photography, planning, officiant, or DJ packages. These prices reflect a discounted rate from normal pricing and are exclusive only to wedding vendors that I, personally, have offered this to.

How does it work?

When booking my services as an add-on to yours, you charge the couple the "Couples Price" but pay me the "Vendor Price" - I do this as a thank you for the referral and as a way to compensate you for the costs of doing business that you incur.

Ceremony Only Coverage

Preferred Vendor Price: $1,000 | Couples Price: $1,200

• Up to one hour of coverage with one videographer

• Ceremony film only (no highlight film)

• Only available during weekdays in non-peak season

Silver Collection | Two Hours

Elopements & Micro-weddings

Preferred Vendor Price: $1,400 | Couples Price: $1,600

• Up to two hours of coverage with one videographer

• Ceremony film

• Highlight film

• Only available on weekdays

• Electronic delivery within 90 days

Gold Collection | Five Hours

Longer Elopements, Micro-weddings, Traditional Weddings

Preferred Vendor Price: $2,900 | Couples Price: $3,200

• Up to five hours of coverage with one videographer

• Ceremony film

• Highlight film

• Director's cut film with traditional moments (speeches, dances, etc.)

• Only available on weekdays

• Electronic delivery within 90 days

Platinum Collection | Eight Hours

Full-day Traditional Weddings

Preferred Vendor Price: $4,500 | Couples Price: $5,000

• Up to eight hours of coverage with two videographers

• Ceremony film

• Highlight film

• Director's cut film with traditional moments (speeches, dances, etc.)

• Electronic delivery within 90 days

Add-Ons

Additional videographer/shooter (by availability only): $200 per hour

Additional hours of coverage: $600 per hour

Rush Edit (turnaround of eight weeks or less): $800

Travel rate: by request only (no added costs for local travel)

Drone: Included in every collection, weather and conditions-permitting

I will always do my best to accommodate requests and to keep my rates low for your couples and to give you the best possible work relationship! If your couple is not able to make the investment listed in my pricing, I am always happy to provide custom coverage or to try and bridge-the-gap somehow. It doesn't hurt to reach out!
