• HoneyBook: We use HoneyBook to manage inquiries, communication, proposals, contracts, invoices, and (depending on your setup) payment processing. Information you submit through our inquiry process may be stored and processed in HoneyBook.

• Pic-Time: We use Pic-Time to deliver photo galleries (and may use it for client proofing/selection depending on your workflow). Pic-Time may process information needed to create your gallery access and provide delivery.

• Dropbox: We use Dropbox to store and deliver files (such as wedding films and related assets). Your name, email, and file access activity may be processed as part of providing delivery links.

These providers process data according to their own privacy and security practices. We only share information needed to provide our services.

• Service providers that help run our business and site (including HoneyBook, Pic-Time, and Dropbox, plus website hosting, email tools, analytics, and payment processors)
